Thursday, October 3rd - Riva Swim

4000 yds in the pool. I was beat from yoga the night before. Arms fatigued and tight. But I hung in there. 1000 warm up. Followed by a 2000 yard set of 100s and a broken 1000 set (the Erin 1000).

  1. Nice work. You use paddles on any of this or is it all naked? I'm an equipment junkie. It invites lots of variety for those long workouts.

  2. Yes, I love the paddles for longer sets. Try to go some all naked but then will do 300 and up with paddles from time to time. Some sets are designated pull sets. not this day.
